Vitals: This assessment tool helps employees understand their overall health status, discover any risks and help reduce those risks. Employees receive a confidential individual report on their health status. Aggregate group reporting for your organization as well as online and paper tools are available.
Health Screenings: Employees can learn their cholesterol, blood pressure and body mass index, and take a diabetes risk assessment. Health educators review results with participants, help them understand their current health status and encourage them to continue discussions with their physicians.
WorkWell Seminars: Our health education seminars are are engaging and informative, and, best of all – they are easily accessible for busy employees. Programs include information and tools to help employees get and stay healthy. Topics include managing high blood pressure; managing cholesterol levels; exercise; and smoking cessation.
