Diane Wilson

Staff Vice President, Care Centers Operations

Diane leads HMC’s Regional Care Centers, Operations Engagement Project, Learning & Development, and Quality teams through an emphasis on enhanced member enrollment, engagement, client outcomes, operational efficiencies and productivity.

Her career includes more than 15 years of experience in care management, and reflects a comprehensive business vision, practical management expertise and a proven ability to execute business and operations strategies aligned with corporate objectives. Before joining HMC, Diane held key positions with Matria and CorSolutions, where she developed strategic and tactical programs and processes for large calls centers. She also helped launch a nurse line company offering consultation on care management operations for Alere, Future Health and Caremark.
